Lexi Casalino is a 14 year veteran in the hospitality industry working on thousands of meetings, events and weddings. A self-proclaimed perfectionist, Lexi thought there had to be a faster and easier way to align escort cards. After countless hours of thought, the Lex-Aligner was conceptualized. Knowing her father was an Engineer and loved taking on new tasks, she called him with her idea. Following multiple phone and video calls to “Papa”, her idea was “off to the shop.” Lexi has a BFA in Theatre Design from the University of Utah, is a Certified Meeting Professional, and currently works as the Group Sales Manager at a AAA 4 Diamond hotel in New York City.
